Cedar had a much happier birthday, which I almost missed because I was so engrossed with Bay's mental collapse. Cedar has an awesome personality, so I guess that little breeding experiment worked! He's a Cancer with 9 Neat points and 10 Active. Hurray!

Beryl needs a new hobby to generate wants. Honestly gaming is a better choice, but she still needs to get rid of that muffin top. Bay's just keeping her company, plus I get a giggle out of her leotard.

Angelica's death hit the family pretty hard. Bella had a hard time helping Cedar cope with his grandmother's death when she couldn't really cope with it herself.
Her death seemed to have snapped something in Skylar's mind, whenever he wanted to mourn her he stood in front of the stairs blocking access to the house while he bawled his eyes out.
I think it may have affected Baryl's mind too. I'm not sure that the night your mother dies is the right time to propose to your boyfriend.
Bay was probably the worse. She just went around crying for days. She never inconvenienced any one with it, just found herself a corner and sobbed her heart out.
Four hours later, Bella went into labour.
I was tempted to name the baby Angelica, but that would mess up my naming system. Instead I named her Chalcedony. Traditionally it's a powerful healing stone, so I thought maybe Chalcedony could help her family heal from her grandmother's death.Day 63 - Sunday (Winter)
So far Bay has had no luck in finding a job in Architecture. Bay likes to pull her weight though, so she's decided to help out those who do have jobs by making some friends now that we've lost all of Angelica's. Personally I've always loved Marylena anyway.
